Research

This week research on all different types of running events in Athletics and send the results to me. Points to consider:

Name of each running event and photo (Reception and KS1)

Description (KS1 and KS2)

World records for each running event (KS2)

Everyday: 8:30-9 am

Exercise is a good way to get the day started so you can feel energetic for the rest of the day. Go to the KidsZone and click on Joe Wicks, SuperMovers or Go Noodle

Everyday: 2:30-3 pm

Keep up with you exercise and do 30 more minutes in the afternoon. Exercise is vital to a healthy body and mind. Your body and mind need exercise as much as food and water. Go to the KidsZone and click on Joe Wicks, SuperMovers or Go Noodle
